Job Description:  Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking an experienced Programs Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and technical oversight of health initiatives across our Africa and Latin America programs. This role ensures the implementation of sustainable, transformative health solutions—including mobile medical clinics, mosquito prevention, antenatal care, and WASH training—while supporting country teams, managing budgets, guiding program development, and fostering partnerships. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.
